Dear NCMT Members:
We would like to invite and encourage you to attend the New Canaan Mounted Troop Annual Meeting on Wednesday, June 14 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the New Canaan Mounted Troop Learning Center at 22 Carter Street, New Canaan, CT 06840.
The business of the meeting will include a review of our accomplishments in 2016/2017 and our plans for Troop going forward. The 2017/2018 budget and voting for candidates to fill expired terms on our Board of Directors will be presented at the meeting.
If you will be unable to attend the meeting, attached is a Proxy form, which should be emailed to info@newcanaanmountedtroop.org or returned to the NCMT office no later than Sunday, June 11, 2017 by 3:00 p.m. Any completed Proxy forms received after the deadline will not be considered.
There will be proxy forms available for completion at the barn on Sunday, June 11, 2017 between 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. during the Review Ceremony and Horse Show activities. The form and more information about some of the candidates listed on the enclosed Slate are also available on our web site at ncmt.tobedeveloped.com.
We hope that you will be able to join us so we can share our enthusiasm for Troop’s future, hear any thoughts and ideas you may have, and encourage your participation.
